5.智能配电网与电能质量治理解决方案
针对电网电压(ya)闪变(bian)及波动(dong)(dong)、三相不平衡(heng)、谐(xie)波等问题,采(cai)用基于无(wu)源(yuan)滤波器(qi)(FC)、静(jing)止无(wu)功补偿器(qi)(SVC)、静(jing)止无(wu)功发(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)(SVG)、有源(yuan)电力滤波器(qi)(APF)、动(dong)(dong)态电压(ya)恢复器(qi)(DVR)等技术的解决方案,可调(diao)节无(wu)功功率支(zhi)撑电网电压(ya)、消除谐(xie)波污染、补偿负荷不平衡(heng)电流等,实现电能(neng)质(zhi)量(liang)的综合治理。

2.实验仿真
拥有两套实时数字仿真平台:RTDS和RT-Lab,10名实时数字仿真试验人员,其中1名博士、4名硕士。
RTDS装(zhuang)置包(bao)含4个RACK(NOVACOR,22个核(he))和20个GTFPGA。具备完成高压及特高压直流(liu)输电(dian)(dian)、柔性(xing)直流(liu)输电(dian)(dian)、多端混合直流(liu)输电(dian)(dian)、柔性(xing)交(jiao)流(liu)输电(dian)(dian)、电(dian)(dian)力电(dian)(dian)子(如SVC/SVG、APF、TCSC等(deng))、新能(neng)源(风电(dian)(dian)、光伏发(fa)电(dian)(dian)等(deng))、交(jiao)直流(liu)微(wei)电(dian)(dian)网(wang)等(deng)领域的控制保(bao)护装(zhuang)置闭环测(ce)试的能(neng)力。
RT-Lab装(zhuang)置(zhi)包含2个(ge) OP5600和6个(ge)OP7020,具备完成多端500电(dian)平以上柔性直流输电(dian)和电(dian)力(li)电(dian)子领域控(kong)制保护(hu)装(zhuang)置(zhi)闭环(huan)测试的能力(li)。
基于这两套实(shi)时数字仿真平(ping)(ping)台完成(cheng)了多(duo)个工(gong)程供货的功能性能试验(yan)(yan)。包(bao)括“鲁西柔直背(bei)靠背(bei)工(gong)程”阀控(kong)装(zhuang)置(zhi)的出厂(chang)试验(yan)(yan)、南(nan)方电(dian)(dian)网(wang)“±10.5kV/66MW LCC-VSC-VSC三端混合直流试验(yan)(yan)系(xi)统”项目阀控(kong)装(zhuang)置(zhi)的出厂(chang)试验(yan)(yan)、湖南(nan)大学“特高压直流输电(dian)(dian)物理(li)模拟(ni)平(ping)(ping)台研究”项目控(kong)制保护系(xi)统的出厂(chang)试验(yan)(yan)等都基于这两套平(ping)(ping)台完成(cheng)。
3.控制保护系统
控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)保(bao)护(hu)团(tuan)(tuan)队目前有包括教高、博士在(zai)内的高级(ji)专业人才,产品供货范围涵盖双端或多(duo)(duo)端常(chang)规LCC-HVDC、柔性(xing)MMC-HVDC及(ji)LCC/MMC混合型(xing)直流输电(dian)的控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)保(bao)护(hu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)。控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)保(bao)护(hu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)基于西电(dian)集团(tuan)(tuan)的高端工业控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)台(tai)ACM-100构(gou)建,平(ping)台(tai)采用多(duo)(duo)主处(chu)理(li)器(qi)构(gou)架(jia),支(zhi)持1个机箱内多(duo)(duo)达16个主处(chu)理(li)器(qi)模块并行处(chu)理(li),支(zhi)持多(duo)(duo)优先级(ji)循环任(ren)务(wu)和中(zhong)断任(ren)务(wu)迸发执行,最小(xiao)任(ren)务(wu)周期(qi)小(xiao)于50微秒。后台(tai)监控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)采用适应大云物移应用需求的全新(xin)一代SCADA系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)DYNAS构(gou)建,与传(chuan)统(tong)(tong)的SCADA系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)相比,DYNAS系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)在(zai)可靠(kao)性(xing)、处(chu)理(li)容量(liang)及(ji)性(xing)能(neng)指标等方面均有大幅提升。
